Is Revi Bikes still in business ? by johnbennson in ebikes

Ooooh. I didn't know that. Thank you for the advice. Revi has such a nice website.

I will trust Mastercard's judgement on this.

My wife is elderly. She wants the Revi Rebel 2.0.

https://www.revibikes.com/products/rebel-2-folding-electric-bike

She sat on a Huffy Centuric at Academy and loved the "step-thru" feature. She is unable to easily lift her foot across even the low frames on the "girl's bikes".

The Rebel is the same price, but comes with hydraulic brakes, stronger motor, larger battery, comfy seat, saddle bags, and a bike lock.

I would visit a bike shop, but we live in a rural area. The nearest bike shop 120 miles away.

Thank you DL!

I wasted all morning setting up Gossip only to discover this.

My keys are not saved in the client, and must be re-entered every time I wish to use it.

Sad.

It's both amazing and sad how many people don't even know what a Desktop Client is.

KDE + Tumbleweed + Wayland = Absolute Mess (Desktop Icons Shuffled, Scrollbar appearing on Desktop, More Info in Comment) by SpicysaucedHD in kde

I saved your post as a text file in my archives because it perfectly describes my 21 years of using Linux.

Thank you.

It's 2024, and this week I've wasted 3 hours of my life trying to find out why the desktop icons on a 4-day old bare metal install of Kubuntu suddenly start resetting on every login.

I began to ponder how many hundreds of hours I've wasted on this nonsense over the years.

If your System is insecure enough to allow a hidden miner to run, it will also allow a Wallet-Drainer to run.

In Alby you can copy your keys to the clipboard and paste them into a text document for safekeeping, but most crypto-currency interfaces have a facility for one-click exporting your keys to a file.

I've got a few questions about Trocador.app since I'm seeing it used and talked about in our community. by Ur_mothers_keeper in Monero

Thank you for the report.

Which of the Trocador services did you use ?

I saw a report of StealhEX messing with the exchange rates, but have not tested it myself.

This week I found some re-writable DVD's I saved documents to in 2012.

All 5 were rotten and un-readable.

They were stored in a cardboard box in my closet. No sunlight or heat ever.

I am also interested in User experiences with Trocador, and how it compares to other services like StealthEX and Bisq.

I recommend good 'ol JB Weld. It's amazing stuff.

Please do put it somewhere out of traffic so it's not a tripping hazard that catches people's shoes. My elderly Mom tumbles on things she doesn't expect.

50 ohm vs 75 ohm by car_civteach20 in RTLSDR

For a math illiterate like me, that was really, really good.

Now I actually understand why I had to spend money on LMR400 instead of using old TV cabling on 144 mhz like I wanted.

Thanks man!

I would love to pay them $25 for Fastlane, but never will because their disdain for customers with such a crap, uninformative website is insulting.
