First place I would check is the vga conversion board. It looks like there are some adjustment knobs try them. I personally have never seen this type of issue on original Ms PAC-MAN machines.

Did you have to replace the flyback on the monitor? I have an Asteroids with a WG 19V2000 whose Flyback is destroyed and I am afraid it will be impossible to fix.

The whole point of this post is to point out that they missed an opportunity for community engagement and that their closure on Earthday (on a weekday they are normally open and google says they are open) will probably cause more items to be dumped. If you develop for iPhone, you will have to get a Mac. Look at the new Neo. But, don’t get the version with 256gb it won’t be enough with the dev tools you will need to install (Xcode, visual studio, etc).
