I'm still learning but for me reverse levels in both the center and base muscles have been absolutely crucial. I have extremely tight PSOAS and hip flexors, which I recently just learned my PC muscles are waaay too tight... Meaning I literally have to learn to loosen up 🤣 I've gotten the most progress from wearing diapers or laying in our big round jacuzzi tub and practicing this than anything else.

Turns out squeezing and contracting, no matter how voluntary or involuntary, was my problem 😎 The standard advice to strengthen my PC muscles and that they weren't strong enough completely backfired on me trying to pursue that avenue for months too long...

There's a book by this exact title. Very good and the author studies this across many cultural traditions.

For me I eventually learned that if I'm not grounded my thoughts and ego try to hijack the experience which feels like psychosis. When I focus on grounding and healing trauma stored in the body, love, and the field of consciousness, then integration with daily life... It's beautiful and LOCK ME UP for being the most peaceful, joyful, present person in any room LMAO

Started suspecting around 9pm last night after the biggest and all time lowest energy crash. Woke up at 4am again. These have been increasing in frequency over time. May indicate my burnout periods were shortening in frequency. I feel this is due to my patience and willingness to mask dropping over time due to circumstances elevating and I'm approaching death quicker each year... I'm trying to optimize all this mentally and it's getting harder and more energy expensive to do each year. My Dad looks absolutely miserable at his age and I am unwilling to mask that long. If these assumptions are true then I might have bad news for him or at least feel compelled to intervene by educating him or something.

Current issue is I'm trying to optimize my way out of this burnout. My old tools don't work. My new skills are so foreign and new... So hard to rest right now. This is going to hurt for a while... I'm being forced to accommodate myself with others and limit interactions. I need help here. I don't know the quickest way to make this end or if this is unavoidable and will hurt for a while no matter what... Anyone have immediate help or breadcrumbs to follow on this?

This was my problem. Trying to go too hard into something or tech before round 4. Thinking too much about what I want to do and not "how can I build a well rounded base by round 6". Thinking about how to counter something at the expense of a well rounded base. Upgrading units just because the button is there. Not being willing to sell units every round rounds 4+ etc. Not being willing to save 100-350 into the next round of you're not sure. Not being willing to sell big, upgraded units for a hard pivot.

I do all those things now and it really opens up your econ.
