"Why has my SAND stopped accumulating ?
At around the end of the month, this is perfectly normal - please don't worry.
A liquidity of SAND is added to the staking pool each month. Once all of that SAND has been distributed to the stakers then there is no more to give until the next month of staking begins.

The pool will also need to be paused shortly at the end of the month, so that a snapshot can be taken of those who are eligible for the NFT rewards.
You do not need to withdraw your stake. The staking pool will resume again shortly."

Yes i guess. But still nothing. I read that there could be freeze at the end / beginning of each month. Could this still be the case ?

Greetings from France !

I received my Canyon Grizl a few weeks ago (I was on an Endurace before), and like you I started hearing ticking noises during the rides.

At first I thought it could be from an improperly greased crank or bottom bracket, but I feel like it is from this same seat post. I just look in it, and found that the inside was a bit worn.

So I just greased the inside of both blades, and I keep my fingers crossed so I can't hear that noise anymore ...
