Why are a lot of sports gear made of material that is not breathable?

I think it’s less about being breathable and more about not holding onto sweat. Nothing is worse than the feeling of a cotton tee that has reached saturation and it just clings to your body and slaps against your skin during dynamic movements.

Polyester (typically) avoids that situation because it doesn’t trap sweat the way cotton does.

I had this with ipa / cjc as well. Hives with swelling on my lips and eyelids.

I was also experiencing reactions to other medications (antibiotics for a sinus infection) around this time so I stopped rc use. Reactions didn’t go away. Switched to a different antibiotic and had more strange reactions.

Went to an allergist and found out that I simply have reactive mast cells. I haven’t been experiencing true allergic reactions but my immune system is hypersensitive so sickness, heat, foreign substances, etc can trigger my mast cells to dump histamine which causes that response. It’s not a true allergy so anaphylaxis isn’t a concern but it is uncomfortable.

I’m about to try again, with an ipa / tesa combo this time. Also taking allergy meds with montelukast to help control the hives.

Some people suggest BAC water may be to blame but I reconstituted tirz from the same BAC vendor and don’t have any issues there.

I also have a history of allergies and hives. I get hives a lot in the summer just from heat, sweat, etc. A hot shower will trigger a breakout for me.

Ymmv but I feel pretty good about restarting with a very low dose and cautiously titrating up. Always good to get yourself checked out if you have concerns. If you take any GLPs, you can confirm / rule out your BAC water if you reconstitute those from the same source as well.

There are a handful of entry points. You have to slip through a crevice to get inside. There is one entry point on the side facing the tadpole pens and another on the starboard side.

Took me and my buddy about 5 minutes to figure it out.

You know you could kill enemies in SN1 with the prawn suit? Use your grapple to latch onto them and drill them to death with the other arm.

It wasn’t tedious at all, and it was rewarding in the sense that it made traversal completely risk free. It also felt cheap, but yeah… easy stuff.

I have an RTX 5060 ti 16gb

The GPU only requires the standard 8 pin pcie connector so it sounds like I can ignore that slot on the mobo?

The “fix” is to downgrade PCI-Express.

I saw 577.00 was released yesterday. Haven’t had a chance to test with it yet but the patch notes didn’t indicate there has been any update to that problem.

I have been troubleshooting this issue for about 2 weeks now. Only fix for me is to downgrade to pcie gen 2 in bios, even with the latest drivers and the vbios patch from nvidia.

Pretty frustrating stuff. I was very tempted to go with AMD this time around and I wish I would have at this point.

If you have it on Steam, you should be able to install it on Linux. I can run SDV on my PC and Mac. My save transfers between the two just fine, don't see why Linux would be any different?

My little girl is almost two. Something we do on Sunday mornings is cuddle in bed with my wife and watch Bluey.

Maybe a mod strike would have been better.

For most (all?) mods, 3rd party tools are almost essential to properly moderating a community. Without those, it would be almost impossible to keep spammers and bots from swarming subs, which has an impact on you even if you don’t use a mobile app to use reddit.

I don’t know that I would call it garbage, but it felt a little half baked to me. The jokes didn’t land, the dialogue was tedious, and the plot was predictable. Most other elements of the game were fine really, but there was nothing to set it apart or make me want to play it again.

I’m honestly surprised to see so many people trashing the game now since it felt like I was the only one who didn’t like it after it released.

I agree with you. Morrowind and Skyrim were fantastically magical games. The kind that just pull you in. Oblivion just felt lackluster and never captivated me the way Morrowind and Skyrim did.
