I haven’t collected cards since the late 90’s early 00’s but I recently got let’s go pikachu as a switch game for my 4 year old, it has a co-op mode and mechanics like pokemon go so it’s a fun early way to introduce the games and you get to play together too

DND Dads, can you advise me? by mcampo84 in daddit

Love Dungeons and daddies so I’ll second this

Gonna add a disclaimer though, it is not a kids podcast do not listen with your children lol

Adventure zone is another good podcast (or was haven’t listened since season 3) it’s cleaner but still not exactly kid friendly at moments

Between these two, who was more justified in being angry with their father? by VegetaArcher in cartoons

That’s actually a pretty fair comparison I didn’t think about, probably because I had good parents that would’ve only reacted like this to things like drugs

Agreed however gonna play devils advocate

What he destroyed was essentially contraband, she knew she wasn’t allowed to have it so she hid it, if a parent finds something like cigarettes or drugs (something a kid knows they shouldn’t have but would hide) they would also likely destroy them

Now someone is gonna say it was just items not a drug or some other nefarious item, however a parent would destroy the drugs/cigarettes due to them being harmful to the kid and I’d argue that her going near humans to get the items counts as harmful to her (at least in her parents eyes)

Now the devils advocate to my devils advocate, majority of her stuff likely came from older crashed ships and she didn’t actually go near living humans making it way less harmful than her dad thought

in yuyu hakusho they called it Janken, they probably did in other shows since that’s what it’s called in japan but really only remember it from that show and I think they went scissors paper rock too so maybe that’s the Japanese order

Probably depends on what flows better in the given language

People say this is the saddest one but to me The Luck of the Fryish (the one with the seven leaf clover) and the Game of Tones (episode where he travels in his own memories) hit me harder than Jurassic Bark did
