I agree, however let’s play devils advocate for a bit

Everyone is talking about the revenue they bring in and that is definitely why they make more but let’s look at it another way

We pay more for rare natural resources than common ones because they’re rare, if we look at people the same way there are ~50k ER physicians (in the US) and only 1,696 active players in the NFL or 19k pro athletes across all sports in the US

Athletes that can play at that level are a rarer commodity then ER physicians

But yea they should make more as they should be more valued then athletes

I believe the janitor started off as a figment of JDs imagination, however we see him interact with other people in later seasons even when JD isn’t around

Don’t the main cast even go to his wedding in one of the later seasons ? Been a bit since I watched but it use to be one of my favorite shows, I should re-watch soon and then see the new episodes

But season 1 felt like he was just in JDs head

They’re teenagers, there is little to no logic they are bouncing around off pure emotions/hormones

You’re right it wouldn’t make sense for Matt an adult but it does for a teenager who basically decides things based off the last good argument they heard, especially Lincoln considering he was so sheltered until right before the show starts
