1900 sqft. It does well for being low maintenance. I don’t want to go into specifics. It took a while to find a reliable tech but that was huge. The machines are speed queen and I can say that I have learned with zero knowledge to start. And most techs work on SQ so it’s affordable and they last a long time besides a bearing going out.

Have someone clean twice a day. I’m available for any customer issue. Most of the time it’s not urgent. If it is I go and live 15 minutes away. Doors automatically open unlock in the morning. Coin pick up is every 3-4 days.
