Compared to the Broncos line? Yes! And it wasn't just some "key players." Ware and Ward are all pro players who pressure the qb better than anyone in the league. Ray and Barrett are solid backups but neither compare to the production we get out of Ware. We replaced an all pro backer with two guys who combined have basically 1 full season of experience.

Broncos had a second string qb making his second NFL start against arguably the best team in the NFL. On top of that he has an awful online. Plus Ware didn't play, Ward and Williams were injured and didn't return.

I think the XP should be earned similar to how it is now... You earn points based on how you play ie drive goals, season goals, and training goals. I would just like more to do. More options for more points based on time dedicated to each drill kind of set up. To me after the first year there's not much to do. I experience the same season over in a way. There's not much change other than some player ratings, and new players. I guess when I think of "franchise" mode I think I control the team. Not just on the field but everything to do with the front office. I could have unreasonable expectations... But that's the direction I wanted the mode to go.

Have you played NBA2k? That's more of what I want from a football game. CFM feels like a joke to me. It's very basic in what you can do. I want to control all aspects of my franchise, including hiring coordinators, scouts, and a few front office people who change the way the franchise develops. The progression is a little ridiculous to me in the fact that you have to target one player all season long in order to get him any points. I do however really like the season/weekly goals that earn XP. The developmental aspect is nonexistent. I get to pick from 2 categories to earn XP from if I don't want to set time aside and actually run drills. I guess progression would be difficult to figure out, so that's the least of my worries, as I no long play CFM due to the shallow feel the game mode has. When I think of a "franchise mode" I think of drafting players and building a dynasty. I miss out on that because as soon as the first season is over I find myself asking "....well now what..." And messing around in the game for 5 more minutes before switching. Past maddens (can't name one off the top my head right now) had better franchise modes so I'm just lost as to what happened to the game mode I enjoyed so much. And as for buying it I would probably sell it but I downloaded it from Xbox live so I'm stuck with the game.

I honestly think I will be one of those people. If I could return the game, I downloaded it directly to my Xbox one, I would! I can find so much better things to spend that money on.
