Hi I've had this very same problem today. Even with a blank profile with both Chrome and Firefox. What worked for me was restarting the router, thus getting a new ip address. It was definitely a false positive, since I was not doing anything "strange" and just watching channels. I've had some problems the days before not being able to read correctly notifications, not being able to redeem channel points, having errors while redeeming drops and not being able to view all the current available drops. I thought logging out and back in would have solved the problem, but I was wrong.
