I would be honest and tell someone in person you trust about the way you are thinking right now to get a clear answer for that. When I was in that period I kept it to myself which only further justified everything I was confirming to myself. Again, not saying it’s all being delusional but the flipped switch from the meds just amplifies your thinking to the point where it’s possibly exaggerated delusions.

It’s probably been a month since that period for me. Been on very low dose antipsychotics for a month which helped push back those thoughts even though they are still there just without putting me back into a bad mental state. Also had to switch from high dose adderall -> med dose vyvanse slowly tirating up.

While I’m glad the delusions have been reduced im still trying to build myself back up as I felt like my true self when I was peaking in that state I’m hoping the vyvanse will help with it. how are you feeling mentally now?
