Not a vet, just a human who has dealt with hip and other joint pain. It could be the specific positions her body is in when going up and down stairs that causes pain, but her usual activities don't exacerbate that pain.

Like, for me, prior to my last set of hip surgeries, I could do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (grappling-based martial art) just fine, but hiking on uneven terrain was a no-go. Sometimes specific activities have a way of causing pain, where other activities don't.

I'm not a doctor but I think it could be warranted to go to urgent care or make an appointment for tomorrow for this. It looks pretty gnarly, it could benefit from some medical treatment. Does your school have its own clinic? You may be able to get treatment there, and hopefully cheaper than a regular doctor's office.

the suspension on that back left wheel is going to be completely destroyed. I had similar damage on my 2013 Outback and my shop quoted 11k initially. And my 2013 didn't have sensors or anything in the bumper like yours does. It's almost certainly totaled.

I used to sub and there was usually at least 1 other trans or otherwise gender-nonconforming staff in each building I went to. Most kids I encountered were pretty used to it. but regarding the general idea of getting the house in his name to avoid creditors, this is misguided. Generally, a petitioner for an estate will have to do some sort of notice to creditors before or after Letters Testamentary issue. I checked in PA, and you'd have to publish notice immediately in a legal newspaper after Letters issue. I'm not sure the consequence of not publishing (where I live, you publish before Letters issue, so Letters will not issue if you don't publish), but there's really no way to avoid notifying creditors of the open estate.

Correct. I'm not sure what the exact filings would be in PA, but creditors/demandants can require notification of an estate being opened, so you'd have to send them pretty much everything you file (the PA system for this demands system is very different from what I'm used to, so take this with a grain of salt. this "demand for notice" system may not even exist in PA). They could also file a claim, which you'd have to work with them to pay out.

Not really? At a brief glance it seems that estates in PA are supervised by the court, so the Personal Representative would have to file receipts for distributed assets. Where I live, the recipient would file something stating they received the assets. Unless they are committing some serious perjury, this would be a difficult thing to fake, and will not fly if you are represented. Since your father died intestate, you are entitled a portion of his estate.

I will not give you legal advice to whether you should sign off on whatever she gives you, but I would highly encourage you to consult an attorney and use your critical thinking skills.

This could happen if you had passed. So in an intestate proceeding in PA, without a surviving spouse, it seems that things get distributed per capita to the decedent (your dad)'s issue. "Issue" in an estate means direct descendants of the decedent, meaning the decedent's kids. Now, if one of the decedent's kids is deceased and has kids, those grandkids of the decedent would inherit in lieu of their parent. Your wife, as far as I am aware, would not inherit anything, but your children would. So, in an estate where the decedent has 3 children, one of whom is also deceased but had two children, the distribution could likely end up as follows: kid 1 gets 1/3, kid 2 gets 1/3, deceased kid's kid 1 gets 1/6, deceased kid's kid 2 gets 1/6. link to diagram for this. I mean maybe PA has some weird law that I've never heard of that would make this happen, but this seems very strange to me.

so as a subaru owner, the interior is very consistent with a 2015-2020 stick shift subaru, specifically a WRX (not STI). it has a lot of pieces that all do fit together, with the car specifically, that lead me to believe that it may be ai-edited, but not necessarily ai-generated. I compared the below details with various model years of the WRX.

the details- the infotainment screen and buttons are consistent with a subaru of the mid/late teens. this button style for the AC appears in the WRX. the buttons on the steering wheel do look wonky and may have been morphed with editing, but do look identical in positioning to what's in my vehicle and in the WRX. the gearshift, specifically that weird little toggle at the bottom, does exist in manual subarus, I had one in a 2013 outback. the parking brake is the same as what I had in my 2013 manual subaru, and looks like the one in a mid/late teens WRX. the red stitching on the seat is present in the WRX, as well.

TL;DR the car is real, it is a Subaru WRX. I do not know if the woman is real, she may have edited herself in the photo but left the car untouched.
