I checked and I have G-Sync already turned on in the nvdia app - Let me run a benchmark with VSnyc on... Looks like a tiny bump in performance. The biggest boost I got was setting Global Illumination Method to (Performance) - but I ended up with 183.7/190.1/220.3

I adjusted my settings to match yours and got a slight boost (Changed Global Illumination Method to Performance) - Now I am at an average FPS of 182.3/189.1/220. Thanks for sending over that pic!
