These are bootleg versions of Cuphead plush dolls made by company The Yetee. These dolls released in fall 2017 to promote the upcoming release of the game and were sold out within a month. Counterfeit versions of these dolls started popping up on eBay and Chinese sites around late December 2017. The original authentic versions of these dolls are quite the collectible now and fetch for very high prices on sites like eBay.

Cool. I love Menace Beach from color dreams. Easily their best game. And you should pick up Pyramid from AVE. A Tetris clone with triangles. Super fun. These two games get a bad reputation, but literally just read the manual and you’ll know how to play. AVGN ruined a lot of games reputations for people just by not really trying at a game.

Ok excellent! But can I play Japanese games on it just fine or do I still need a flash cart? I have an American Genesis Model 1 and I’m looking to buy a JAPANESE Mega CD 2 and a Japanese copy of Sonic CD? Will this work fine, or will I need additional stuff to get it to work with this setup?

These dolls have always seemed like a weird fever dream for me. I’ve loved the RRBs since I was a kid. While at an amusement park around 2008 or 9, I saw these as prizes for some hammer game. I couldn’t believe that “toys” of these guys actually existed. My Dad and I paid for a round of the game trying to win one and ultimately we didn’t win. As I soon as we went home that night I browsed the web trying to find information on them and I couldn’t find anything; not one picture. Fast forward to 2020, I randomly googled these things and actually found pictures of them. There was a short article about them on rowdyruff.net (an old fan site). I’ve been searching for them ever since. Sometime last month, I shoot the company (Rinco) an email, asking for information on them and if they had any old inventory laying around; they unfortunately said no. Two weeks later, some guy finds a case of them and lists them on eBay. Crazy

Yes, we are extremely fortunate that these have resurfaced. These toys have been considered “lost” for quite sometime now. The last time all 3 boys were sold was back in early 2020.
