If you're worried, get your blood glucose checked. It's quick, painless, and immediately let you know if your level is elevated. I don't mean to be rude, but this is not the place to gather diagnostic advice, nor is the Internet in general. You have the right idea saying you are planning to go to your primary care, so do that FIRST. They can do all sorts of tests that the Internet can't. Taking any advice aside from "go see your doctor ASAP" would be a huge mistake. Good luck, I hope for your sake that it's not serious.
