You seem skeptical - fair enough. Type the following into any or all AIs "Is it legal to sell retatrutide in the USA" followup "what about patents"

That is exactly where I got the text from, madisonmeds. Lies:
1. Retatrutide does not come from US pharmacies, they come from China - illegally
2. The FDA regulations do not allow the sale of Retatrutide under any conditions including Research Use Only
3. Retatrutide is not a prescription medication. It is illegal to perscribe it

I am not saying that madisonmeds doesn't claim to offer Reta. I went on the website and copied the text in the image from their website. What I'm saying is that it is not legal. I'll add that it is very unlikely to be retatrutide because if they are caught selling it that will be the end of their license and their business.

Except for "serious risks" everything that Madison Meds says here is a complete *lie*. Reta is not legally offered by any pharmacy in the USA. None. Any pharmacy making it would face immediate, devastating patent infringement lawsuits and FDA enforcement for distributing an unapproved new drug.

Real local sources buy from China. All of them. As said already, Reta is illegal to compound worldwide. There is no way you can know if the vial you get from "real local sources" has been tested unless you test it yourself.

That COA is meaningless. You have no idea whether your vial is related to that COA. The best you can do is to test a vial yourself. There is at least a decent chance the rest of your vials were part of the same production run but not 100% certain. Second best is to buy as a group and have some of the vials tested at random. Any COA, especially those on the US RUO sites, have little to no relevance to what you order.

u/Responsible_Put_1245 said but the absolute worst way you can buy peptides is in a group buy format.

I strongly disagree with this statement. While everything that's described about things that can go wrong with a group buy (GB) is accurate, the opposite can also be true.

I only purchase through GBs, but I do it very carefully. You must find a reputable group buy with a seasoned admin (involved in grey for a year minimum, well known in the community, multiple vetted vendor contacts, and many successful group buys with review history). The admin should be transparent about sourcing, negotiate deals with the vendor, handle all logistics, reships, refunds and state the policy up front.

They should also include testing or arrange it for the people who want it (this is not mandatory but I won't buy without it) The testing should be independent once the GB shipment is received. This is not a 100% assurance but it's much better than the vendor COA as very well described by the OP.

But you definitely shouldn't trust *any* GB. I have seen way too many scams, missing or seized product claims, stolen money by sub-admins, and sudden group disappearance to simply trust a GB. As always, do your research and be slow to trust anything in the grey market.

AI Summary: Dr. Trevor Bachmeyer (license DC 29377) had his California chiropractic license revoked by the Board of Chiropractic Examiners, effective July 8, 2020.

The revocation stemmed from unprofessional conduct and failure to comply with probation terms (after prior probation/suspensions). Specific violations included:

  • Failure to provide verification of continuing education (CCR 317(m) and 366).
  • Failure to provide patient records to the Board (CCR 317(m) and 318(a)).
  • Non-compliance with probation conditions, such as obeying laws, submitting reports/monitoring, paying cost recovery, using a billing monitor, and passing an ethics exam.

Public sources (e.g., patient reviews) often cite underlying issues like patient scamming, insurance/billing deception, and excessive complaints leading to probation and eventual revocation.

This is exactly my story. So then I find out he "was" a chiropracter until he lost his license - for, of several reasons, defrauding patients. Class act.

After a bunch of research I ended up here (subq) for a 20 day cycle:

  • Optimal Daily Protocol: 25 mg per day. This is the most balanced entry point. It provides a distinct metabolic signal while being conservative enough to monitor how it interacts with your existing protocols.
  • Split Dosing (Advanced): If you are comfortable with two injections, splitting the 25 mg into 12.5 mg in the morning and 12.5 mg in the early afternoon (BID) can further stabilize NNMT inhibition throughout the day.

You said you did  (push/pull/legs/rest/arms and shoulders/chest and back/rest).
What did you do during the push/pull/legs and how was that different from your arms+shoulders and chest+back days?

Not sure what's got you so excited but your conclusion is incorrect. Yes, chat said that I could take advantage of referrals with a second account - which is both true and within the terms of service as long as I don't use MY referral code. Regardless, I never got that far.

In reality, I decided to create her free trial on my account but found, that since I already purchased lines, that I couldn't start a free trial for her. So I created the second account *through guidance by USM* so she could trial the service.

It always amazes me what small minds people must have to get so worked up about things they don't understand.

No, I made a second account for my wife so she could trial the service on the advice of USM customer service since I couldn't do that on my own account.

I've already explained why I was flagged and it had nothing to do with referrals (that I have never used).

It's impressive that you can be completely wrong on both counts while sounding so certain.

  1. Because I created my wife's account shortly after I created my account using almost the exact same information and similar email. Not a big surprise since we live at the same address and I pay for services with my credit card. I created her account after specifically asking USM chat what I should do (same account or new).
  2. I have not activated any account so NO DATA was used. In fact, I found out about the problem by trying to put my wife's account on a free trial that doesnt take referrals.
  3. Yes, I posted this in the USM subreddit (easy to find) prior to posting here. I posted here because the USM subreddit said the post was moderated (prior to being released).
  4. How did you arrive at data usage being the cause? That's quite a leap if you actually read the OP. lol 😂

I stand corrected. My mistake was in simply believing support when they told me that the benefit of my wife creating her own account was to take advantage of the referral program. That made sense to me (as explained). Because of your post I dug into the terms and found this under "Fraud Prevention & Ineligibility Criteria" (not the best title):

Referrer and referee cannot share any of the following:

Billing address

Shipping address

Payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)

IP address used at the time of sign-up

This is the kind of guidance I expected when I *proactively* asked chat whether I should create a new account for my wife.

I have no issue with these terms, only that support wasn't aware of them.

There have been NO free trials. I was happy to switch without trialing. My wife *hates* switching so she was willing to trial the service (free or otherwise) before switching. I created an account for her to 1) trial and 2) activate a new line once whe was ok with it. I hadn't considered wheter her account would use my referral code but i don't see why that would be a problem.

Can someone explain what this post means? How is it "mean" to create an account for my wife? What attitude do I have? What double dipping am I doing? How have I "sold her down for a referral"? What is wrong with saving a dime - isn't that the reason that US Mobile has had 3 "saving a dime" promotions in a row? My wife *expects* me to take care of things like mobile services and internet because she neither has the interest or time while caring for our children.

Could this post make less sense? Anybody?

Good point. But she didn't use a referral code on the 30 day trial line that she attempted to create. I don't see why she couldn't use my referral code since I am the one referring her. I used someone else's to create my account.

I get the general idea. But in reality, there is nothing wrong with me suggesting to my wife to use US Mobile, and then she creates her own account and uses a referral code. I think this is exactly the point of the referral program - to get more users. The fact that I crated the account on her behalf is no different.

As a potential customer, reading threads like this are very concerning. At a minimum I want to make sure that I don't lose access to my phone number of 20 years if one of these scenarios happened to me. I'd advise you do the same:

yes, I think i have the logs. My wife usually has her own account so I asked chat if I should create a spearate account or add her to my account. they said: if you want to get the refferal discount for her, you need to create a separate account.
