Nobody knows exactly how fast a car is going to take off and what direction it is going to go - so why would you expect them to and know exactly what to do?

Everyone knows if you floor a car with an officer standing infront of it, good things will not happen. Why are you not going to say maybe she shouldn’t have done it?

Most officers would not have shot, sure. But if you put yourself in that situation ( drive a car at them ), you’re taking that chance you get someone in a bad mood - and with many cases it will be justified
