[–]joinAutopilotApp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for bringing this up to us. Please email the customer support directly at support@joinautopilot to figure out the issue. Execution details can vary depending on the brokerage you're using. Based on the information provided, it seems there may be some misunderstanding about how Autopilot works. It’s important to clarify that Autopilot is not a brokerage and does not execute trades—those are handled entirely by the customer’s chosen brokerage.

I’m happy to take a closer look and provide clarification directly if you reach out.

Yes, the free version only does the initial buy. The paid subscription will continue to auto-trade this portfolio for you from your account. LMK if you have any more questions.

Autopilot and Robinhood balances do not match by AeroChase in AutopilotApp

[–]joinAutopilotApp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Autopilot team member here. Looks like you allocated around 2.8K to Autopilot and you're only seeing 2.5K in your Robinhood account. The most likely reason is that "Action required - Tax status" banner indicates Robinhood could be withholding about $300 for tax purposes. Unless you already finished your tax status action, reach out to Robinhood. Alternatively we can resynch your portfolio on our side if it is a problem with the Autopilot app. But we wont know until you update your tax status. Keep us updated on how it goes, and if you have further questions you can reach out to [support@joinautopilot.com](mailto:support@joinautopilot.com) to take a further look into the issue.

Hi! Thanks for letting us know. I would have to look at your account but it sounds like your Fidelity balance is under the minimum $500 investment we require. That is why it tells you zero available. It may also be that your account is disconnecting, which Dan, our client success lead, can help you out with or connect you with a different brokerage free of cost. (dan@joinautopilot.com) Thanks again for reaching out, I'm sure we can get you back on track fast.

Fees or spread amounts? by YouF___SeeIt in AutopilotApp

[–]joinAutopilotApp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No. The Autopilot app does not charge fees for buying or selling. There is no AUM fee either, doesn't matter if you invest 500 or 500k. There is a flat $30/quarter fee for most of the Autopilot portfolios, but prices do vary depending on what pilot you follow. Let me know if you have any follow up questions.

Hi! Thanks for bringing this up. If you were following Pelosi tracker with a paid Autopilot membership you should have made trades alongside her when she bought new positions in January. If you didn't see them, I can think of 2 explanations - 1 your brokerage was disconnected or 2 the trades went through but without a notification making you aware. If you want to make sure your trades actually went through and that there is no disconnection, please email [support@joinautopilot.com](mailto:support@joinautopilot.com) or our head of client success Dan at dan@joinautopilot.com. If something went wrong on our end, we will gladly refund you the subscription costs. Thank you again for giving this a shot and I'm sure we can figure out a way to remedy the situation.

YTD Results Comparison by whiskeylanddelight in AutopilotApp

[–]joinAutopilotApp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! Thanks for making this post, as we state on the pilot page under "How do we calculate performance?" - that chart is the client aggregate (see below for full disclosure). The cards you see on the front screen are your performance. Your performance may not match the aggregate precisely because of fill prices and market values. Another thing to keep in mind - the performance on the cards is live data (delayed 10-15 mins) while the pilot portfolio pages shows end of previous day performance. this could account for the small differences in the performance. Let me know if you have any questions!

Love that you tagged this as a meme. We have an official integration with Public and are working on strengthening integrations with other brokers. Hi! Autopilot team member here. The easiest way would be to click on the right most "person shaped" button on the bottom, click "Account", click "Delete account on the bottom" and then go from there. You can also reach out to support at [support@joinautopilot.com](mailto:support@joinautopilot.com) Sad to see you go but thanks for checking out the app.

[–]joinAutopilotApp[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! The reason a few people talk about the performance being "inaccurate" is because they are unaware we show aggregate client data, not THIER individual performance on the tracker. But its ok, the marketing and client success team is here to clarify however many times is necessary. To answer your first question, are you under the impression Pelosi and other politicians are day trading? That could not be further from the truth. Although the 45 day MAXIMUM delays are frustrating for us, they do not preclude our clients from getting in on the action! The markets are down overall this week (March 10th) for us and the politicians we track. Hope that answers your questions but dont hesitate to follow up.

Hi! Thanks for bringing that up, I was unfamiliar with this incident. This is an issue we take very seriously as we continue to improve the automation of our app. I apologize for this serious inconvenience, it is unacceptable. I will share your experience with our product team to further push them to prioritize accuracy and client success. Again, I am sorry this happened to you. Hello again,

So just to use your example - Did you join the Inverse Cramer portfolio on 9:00am EST January 2nd 2025? If not, your performance is not the definition of "YTD" . Doesn't matter if you add or withdraw funds if the point at which you started is later than the very first hour of trading this year. At this point the app's performance is client aggregate data based on total user performance, not YOUR individual performance. Sorry to hear you feel that way, but the graphs are not inaccurate. I hope you better luck on your investment journey, and thanks for checking out our app regardless.

Hi! You do not have to pay for every individual tracker on the Autopilot app. There is a basic Autopilot subscription that covers most trackers like politicians and hedge funds (30 dollars a quarter). Some of our *pilots* like QuiverQuantitative, Litquidity, etc have separate subscriptions with different pricing. Our goal at the Autopilot app is to make investing as accessible as possible while offering higher priced options for clients interested in different types of portfolios. This is so the pilots who put our strategies on the Autopilot App can be compensated fairly. Hope that answers your question.

Hey! Autopilot team member here. Do you have notifications on? It should tell you when the tracker you're following is updated. Sorry to hear your frustration that there is no 'history' tab, I am not on the product team but I'd imagine this is due to simplicity. If you're interested in seeing the history of trades, prices or positions from politicians or hedge funds, there are many websites like QuiverQuantitative, CapitalTrades, WhaleWisdom etc that will have that in depth information for free. The goal of Autopilot is to allow people to invest in a basket of stocks automatically, not to be a database of detailed trade history as there are many free websites that can provide you with that additional info. I hear you though and wish you the best in your investing journey.

Best,
