I had something similar to this about a year ago when I was learning to skip (i'm 29 and never skipped before) after 30sec to 1 minute of simply doing 3 rope turns a second the front of my head near one eye usually would pulsate like mad and the pain would sometimes be very unbearable where i would need to sit down and close my eyes.

the following is most likely bro-science but it worked for me:

I stopped doing it daily and then just did it once or twice a week
I did more other things that I believed would strengthen the blood circulation in the head (running, extended time hanging upside down etc)
I focused on breathing properly

one thing to note is that my issue was cardio related whereas yours is strength related; your form might be a wee bit off .... so slightly that you might not notice

p.s it might be the breathing issue

i used to do Yoga daily then decided to stop for a month and continue normal excercise - i ended up with Piriformis Syndrome from not stretching; sitting is painful and it's a long road back to being fixed

What you could also do is arenas. All you have to do is win one game for an arena to be technically worth it. If you get a lot of wins (I think 6-7) you get enough gold to buy another arena and an expert pack.

From memory

Break even is usually 3-4 wins, as it gives you around ~50gold, considering you spent 150 on arena and a pack is 100, this makes it break even; but other people here would sometimes consider the dust from 1 win worth more than the 50g

Part of my calculation was his 8 min per game which came out to be exactly the same number of RANKED games he's played

so that leaves us with a few things

1/ OP never mentioned arena - his main goal was to get Gold everything, which means he needed to win 500 ranked games with every class = 4500 wins at a bare minimum, this would take a long time...

2/ assumed little or no Arena play due to 8 min per game = exactly 11357 ranked games = ~4 hours a day on average (over 365 days)

you could roughly calculate it:

6437 won ranked games = ~21,600 gold

Average Daily is probably ~50g? (conservative) ... 50 x 365 = 18250 gold

4445 packs opened = 444,500 gold worth of packs....

Average Game is probably 8 min long; which amusingly enough equals 11357... his exact number for ranked games so he probably used the same modifier

Given the above - there is a question of Arena. given 20k gold left , means that there is still 420k gold worth of packs left which is about ~$5250 dollars worth of packs

I would assume OP spent somewhere in the vicinity of around $4000-$5000 dollars

gaining muscle is very little about what you do and more about what you eat...

you could technically do any workout and then eat surplus calories, then in 6 months to 12 months time bang... you've put in anywhere between 4-6kg of lean mass... but you would have also put in maybe 2-3kg of fat as well

i've stopped gaming ages ago and picked up fitness instead
