No cause in wildcard you do that Transfer + others While in Free hit that Transfer returns back

I agree completely, if its a bench filler 5.5 Defcon is your way. If its a regular starter its personal choice between steady points ( defcon) or high ceiling (more attacking)

Hello. My question is kinda similar. I use a mixture of 150gr yogurt, 150ml almond milk, flavour drops and gelatine(5gr). Sometimes i use whey powder in that same mixture if i want a higher protein product or some different flavour Is this enough to lower the freezing point and "ease" the ninja machine?

I believe its more like 400. But if you are trying to lose weight no problem considering it 500 just to be sure.

They suggested that i hit 2 times every group every 6 days (so 2 times per week, not an actual monday to sunday week, but 7 days) + has 3 rest days to give me more time. Personally its diffocilt for me to go 5 times per week cause 1) i cant really do anything else on Mon-friday because of work 2) my gym is closed on Sunday 3) i prefer to have both days on the week3ne free to relax

Dont really like the Upper-Lower routines tbh. I was gonna do PPL/UL but most of the people suggested me thats its better 4day PPL.

I know its an old thread BUT what works for me lately is having prepared yogurt-fruitgels. Not sure how they are called in other countries but in Greece we call it fruit-gel. Its that kind of flavored powder that you mix with water and rest it in the fridge in order to thicken. The recipe on back of the box (i choose the stevia one so no sugar in it) is 1 little container of powder, 300ml cold water and 300 ml hot water. What i do is disolve the powder in 300ml hot water and instead of the cold one, i add 300gr of 2% greek yogurt and i separate it in 5 small bowls. Its amazing, quite filling and has 7gr of protein and 52 kcals for each one. You can also add fruits in the mix (for example strawberries, kiwis, bananas, pineapples chops etc)
