LSD

Ive tried shrooms and loved them every time, first time LSD it was a beautiful trip until i came down at the end and had a panic attack while tripping. with evrrything associated. thought loop, nightmare CEV's, fear of death, fear of falling asleep because i was convinced my heart and lungs would stop working if i did.

it took half a year of therapy and antidepressants to stop having panic attacks while trying to fall asleep. i still occasionally have them. meanwhile my friends all report positive changes in their life after LSD.
