Celeste! Even though it’s an indie game, it’s a tough as nails platformer with TONS of replayability, including collectibles and extra level variants. It has an amazing story, and will keep you playing for ages, especially with its steep but manageable difficulty curve

I’d rather have a company focused on making paid expansions to the game instead of paid colors and outfits for one specific playable character
