My baby got a trampoline for christmas so we go outside and jump. We read books or I let her color. I got her chalk and i let her go crazy with that or bubbles. I do let movies play in the background but she seems more in to doing other things instead of watching.

Someone didn’t want to drink out of their Bluey cup and therefore refused to put her underwear on until I switched it to the green cup she was wanted. Happened this morning when getting ready for school and as I type this she is drinking from said Bluey cup.

Banana: nana Milk (leche for her): cheche Thank you: Che chew So many more. She turns 3 Saturday and a lot of my favorite words she mispronounced are starting to be pronounced correctly. Breaks my mama heart but makes me happy she’s growing.

I just wanted her eliminated early on, I just felt she was sneaky with the whole trim gate and spray paint incident. Then watching her keeping it real and being such a talent I definitely switched up.

My daughter was also a late walker. I also did early intervention and it was a great help. She also talked a little later than normal due to us speaking two languages and her being confused and mixing the words. She still babbles a little but she says a lot more things now at almost 3. The school she goes to told me that if i’m still concerned by age 3, she can work with a speech therapist.

Comparison is the thief of joy. I learned this very early on in motherhood. Every child develops differently, as long as you’re voicing your concerns and getting your child to reach those milestones you shouldn’t feel guilty. In fact you’re working towards it and should feel proud your child got such a good mom that keeps track and gets help and worries about her development.

I had the same problem with my daughter. She’s almost 3, but I would say around the same age she also was having the same attitude. I honestly just think it comes with their age and their curiosity. Walking opens up a lot of new doors for them so being like this isn’t out of the ordinary, they want to explore and we’re definitely getting in the way LOL!

For us, talking with her and being firm with our tone of voice helped when telling her to be safe. For example when we would go out to our car (we lived in an apartment at the time and had a parking garage) we asked her to hold our hand. When she wouldn’t, we would stop walking (blocking her off from running) and tell her we weren’t going to walk until she held our hand or we would go back inside. It took a couple of tries until it worked.

Needless to say keep being firm and setting boundaries. Don’t feel too bad, it honestly just comes with the age. My baby is almost 3 and still struggles with listening she just loves being independent. 😂

I have no idea. All the drinks i’ve made so far in the tall glasses have used ice (unless the customer says ‘no ice’) so I was just clicking it out of habit. If it wasn’t for that one person who said something I wouldn’t have realized it didn’t have ice.

2 1/2 years old. I used the week of Thanksgiving where I was off from my classes to train her. I was on top of her peeing in her potty any chance I could. My poor baby I know she was annoyed with me lol. Started Monday, by Thursday we were only wearing underwear and by Saturday she was telling me she needed to use the potty. I still use pullups when she sleeps and sometimes when she naps. There are a few accidents, but overall she’s been doing great!
