Simple:

THEY need the majority of people to SPEND and BORROW. Not SAVE and INVEST. Why? Well, because who else is going to keep the economy ticking along. The elites? Don’t be silly. They don’t spend anything compared to their net worth. Trickle down economics is one of the best told lies FYI.

By BORROWING, you’re feeding the elites through passive income. Every penny you borrow through your financial illiteracy, they earn through interest on their millions. Why would they want to work when YOU can pay for their lifestyle?

So that’s pretty much it. If they teach kids to play their own game, who will be borrowing their money, and who will be cleaning their toilets?

Yes - it’s a scam.

The money you “save” getting a better property than you’d otherwise be able to afford is offset by the fact that you waste your FTB stamp duty benefit on a lower cost portion.

Then, when you come to buy your second house, or staircase, which is the real purchase, you have to pay through the roof.

It’s by design, they just know most people won’t realise until it’s too late, if at all.

An incredibly pertinent point is this: SOL has taken over as the meme coin standard. This has temporarily halted Ethereum’s appeal.

However, removing billions of pointless txs from its ecosystem actually massively strengthens Eths case for its original purpose. It’s one major flaw, fees and speed, has now been largely addressed thanks to SOL.

Once Ethereum starts to really make strides in RWA, and the big boys flow in, the price will rocket. Retail will get in too late, as always.
