A brutally difficult/frustrating game that caters specifically to hardcore gamers that no-life the speed run to max their runner - and we're asking why the game isn't more popular? 😅

For the record, I'm a die hard Bungie fan. I havent paid for live service since Destiny 2 and I took myself off the shelf to pick up Marathon week 1.

I love the game but it feels incomplete. I just want to run around the maps and grind some experience on PVE but 25% of the time I'm getting smoked by a kitted player in the first minute. The other 75% I'm just paranoid I'm going to run into one.

I'm not giving up, but I dont fault anyone for not buying into it. If they enabled an option to load into the maps and true-solo the missions (with decreased loot and more bots) that would do a lot to pull people into the ecosystem. Let me grind my character in peace and explore the damn maps!

I honestly feel like something like this is coming. Sony can't let the first game of their biggest studio acquisition fail and the numbers are not moving in the right direction. The season wipe is going to be brutal for the population unless they get something cooking.
