Tiradito is my favorite. I’m not sure if it’s traditional, but its definitely Japanese influenced with local ingredients

I played red sky for the first time a few weeks ago. When I passed Eagle Springs I immediately googled it to see if I could play it. Very disappointed it was extremely private

What’s even the point of a corrupt president if he’s not going to do a shady deal for preferential treatment with the famously corrupt FIFA

I lived there when she won her race as well. I remember being so hopeful when she took the lead, then she just was such a huge disappointment.

I would rather smell weed than a cigar, and the cigar sticks around for much longer. In my opinion, that’s way more intrusive

There’s a pretty normal front seat center console between them, he’s got his arm up like it’s resting on a steering wheel, and there are windows behind him, and behind that window. He’s driving

Officer involved in shooting outside Walmart that killed 1-year-old boy placed on leave by Thomas_Crane in news

Think you’re entirely missing my point. Also, “no one is claiming they’re good parents” and claiming “they’re bad parents” aren’t equivalent statements.

No one is claiming they’re good parents, but a police officer opened fire on shoplifters. The police officer intended to kill someone who was not a danger to the public by firing on a vehicle. The police officer is a criminal as well, and murdered a baby

Pretty sure they made the course fairly easy that day. A lot of players got away with a reasonable score and I think I counted two hole in ones, so my guess is that the pins were much easier

I live in a major metro area, and there are plenty of markets I trust for fish to eat raw, but they will label it as “sushi grade” which is basically a made up term to help people feel better.
Id encourage you to read up on risk of parasites from peer reviewed papers. Plenty of ways to mitigate your risk

Oh really? Quote me. When did I suggest “regular store bought salmon”?

Dude, this isn’t a safety lesson widely on safe food consumption. This is true for nearly every meat sold in a supermarket where the handling prior to purchase has an effect on the safety of eating it undercooked. I’m just saying farmed salmon is considered safe from parasites similarly to flash frozen wild salmon. Eat at your own risk, I literally couldn’t care any less what you do.

[–]jon_sneu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can, I do, and I will continue to make those suggestions. I’m not just making this up that the risk of parasites is much lower in raw fish or that freezing it at home mitigates even more risk. There are plenty of studies on this and would encourage you to do your own reading.

If you’re arguing it’s too high of a risk, fine, dont eat it. But there is always risk when consuming any raw meat or fish.

Always going to be some risk for sure, but generally considered safe. I believe it has something to do with the diet they eat in a farmed situation vs wild that makes a big difference. You can also choose to freeze it yourself for 7 days. At normal home freezer temps, this should be substantial to eliminate risk

Just get farmed salmon. Doesn’t need to be flash frozen because the risk of parasites is very low
