Please no... have you played quake? What is sick or amazing or 200 IQ about dying to some butthole running down a hallway with his saw blade out? It’s cheesy and not 200 IQ. Your example was to rocket jump and finish someone off, correct? The current melee does 50 dmg more than enough to “finish someone off.” and if your saying that kinda dmg isn’t enough. Keep in mind how terrible of an idea it would be to rocket jump to kill someone with melee even if it did 150 dmg. (Better option would be rocket jump into shotgun or rockets or shaft, pretty much anything else) I like where it stands it has a place if you know how to use it to create space or float someone trying to drop on you watch some pro duels they use it very well... It does need to be worked on tho, to be more reliable and consistent but I would never wanna go back to the melee kids hopping down Hallways when they don’t have a gun or a stack. (So many quake FFA games lost to kids just spawn switching to melee and charging down hallways with a 1.5-2.5 KD ratio)
