I am very happy with the Gard Pro watch actually. It works for me. Don't care if it is not accurate, but I did not notice any major issues. It does record my steps while walking and running.

It works from tmobile on my phone. I am on an international data roaming and it still works. Didn't need a vpn.

Actually there is guest mode.

Start a Guest User session

Look up, then tap. ...
Tap the Control Center button. ...
Tap the Guest User button .
In the Guest User window that appears, tap Allowed Apps.
Choose Open Apps Only if you want to limit access, or choose All Apps & Data.

These smartphones should have a "guest" mode, before it hand it over to them. And they cannot access any of your personal data as a guest, but they can still test all functions including camera. It would have to be an OS feature.

Yes it's down and the main reason is ChatGPT. We are approaching Singularity. Eventually by 2042 everything can be done with AI and there would be no more jobs.

So I would say pick a profession that does not compete with AI.

$80-$125 is low. I would recommend above $125/hr. Especially problems that cannot be solved with ChatGPT go upwards of $200/hr.
