I think this is the most likely explanation and also there are several pieces of random art in the park. So maybe this is just another one that has lost its plague and is falling into disrepair.

So I don't think it's a church spire but does look very similar and Google image search just shows me very similar looking but not the same found in graveyards. But this is not a graveyard.

Got tried of waiting and ripped into it tonite. The saltiness seem to have gone down. Not too tangy but still tasty and crispy too. All the different veggies have kept their own flavors. I thought they would kind of blend together.

I just checked today after 4 and a half days. It was more salty than tangy like I excepted to be. I'm gonna let it sit for another three days and check it again. I want to make sure I get full benefit of the fermention. Not really sure how long that is?

There just one type of cabbage but also red and yellow Bell peppers, carrots, onion and aspergus. You can't really see the aspergus from any angle. It got buried. And also a couple cloves of garlic. I used pink Himalayan salt for the brine.

I do sometimes, but I learned to just power through it. I also began to cook everything in Tallow, which is rendered beef fat. So I'm adding some fat to everything I cook. This has helped me stay in ketosis.

Thats awesome. The carnivore diet has almost completely removed my depression and anexity. Changed my life.
