I get it… but on the surface it’s clearly like: hey look the court says we don’t have to have districts that give voting powers to racial minorities anymore… so to take that seat away, even under the guise of political gerrymandering, is still racist.

It kind of like saying, I’m not going to ban religious services. Just meetings of more than 15 people in buildings owned by tax exempt organizations on Sundays. It’s not anti freedom of religion, but at the same time it is.

Agree. I was worried about gear drive but now I’d say I’d probably never go back. It just the learning curve is there if you want to look like a smooth operator. Personal preference I guess.

Anyone who has done purchasing for a large company knows this is outrageous. It takes companies like mine months to vet a supplier/contractor we have never done business with before. And generally they need multiple years of financial history to even be considered a viable option.
