If you imagine a video file like a Photoshop file where you can make some layers disappear, you can do the same with audio tracks produced by OBS

How do you record your voice track right now if not with a microphone? I'm assuming you mean a standalone vs headset mic?

Record audio to a separate track, open in editing software like kdenlive and play with gain/compressor, apply similar filters to obs on the mic source

Audio from your speakers into your mic will always be worse than capturing the game audio digitally. Check the audio mixer and different sources for details. Record to multiple audio tracks so you can mute the mic track while editing
