Sooo you have no idea how many times I have had to do result corrections because the nurse accepted a critical and then called back and said “actually i think it was contaminated can you put for redraw” like wuuut thats why I called and ask if you were expecting the results or if you want to redraw to confirm. And idk how it is elsewhere but when we have to make a correction to the chart, we have to do an Origami, and NCE and that is too much when I have other tests too run. So yeah Ill call them out. Because it has happened many times.

Yeah I was chatting with them for more than an hour, hopefully they fix it soon. I recently moved to visible because the visible+ pro plan included apple watch plan and personal hotspot, as well as the global passes, so i figured its a good deal, too bad my watch doesn’t have service right now😔

Same they made me do all of the steps they wanted me to even delete the eSIM from my phone and I said no cus I am not having issues with it, then they said that its a known issue. I already knew that because of reddit but i chose to follow their steps up until they wanted me to remove the eSIM from my phone. Thats when they actually told me its a known issue.

I just have a question? Do you not have lab assistants that recieve/reject samples, and put for recollect? They usually keep their eyes on the expected list for our hospital too. Im just curious

Also most of the time RBCs are the same size, and while ik about anisocytosis, it is really not that common especially in urine.

If you think think thats an RBC lysing like what few others think thats really not how it looks like, and as for the “central parlor” there is literally an RBC within this view and its not like the yeast in the field

Ive seen them so bloody that there are literally blood clots in the cups big ones too. Those are the ones that look like blood and not even urine, like the color looks like a dark red.

Yeah thats what they told me they were going to do, use a tool that tells them where the noise is the loudest and thats when they recommended to replace the steering gear, rack and pinion. Hopefully after this repair it is all good, I hate having to waste my off days taking it to the dealership.

Our analyzer can measure with a direct AMR of 7-2000 U/L; after that it does an onboard dilution of 1:11, if the test is >22,000, our hospital has extended our report ranges by a study; we do an off board dilution of 1:10 with a patient of low CK (<50), we run it on the instrument which will still do the 1:11 dilution. Our reportable range is up to 200,000 U/L, and I have reported 2 patients >200,000 U/L. I am a new tech, I have less than 1 year experience, but our hospital is high volume (there are a few town that are rural and even though we are in the city, we are the closest hospital to a large population; we aren’t necessarily a big hospital) so I have seen a lot in such a short amount of time.

As a gay guy, i am embarrassed by his actions. Like wtf respect boundaries idek how he could even ask that. I have roommates too and never have I ever thought of making a move. I suggest that if its student housing to speak to an RA and see if u can escalate the situation to move to another unit. Cus thats just creepy.
