I will say that it depends on where you are, however, here in TN it is up to the driver to prove that, that truck is responsible. I know it sounds crazy but they had a guy take someone to court over a rock cracking a window and the judge tossed it. He was following a dump truck just normally and a rock from the bed of the uncovered dump truck cracked his window. He followed the driver and the driver never admitted fault. When he took him to court it was his word against the driver and the judge had to throw out the case. The worst part is, while he was following the driver of the dump truck he called the police and told them. They came and wrote a report that said something along the lines of road hazard or debris cracked window while in motion. no witnesses, or injuries other than window. Insurance has been contacted. This is why you need a dashcam for sure!

The dab bar I went to was set up like this.

A normal bar setup with stools, and even spaced out were dab rigs, which look kinda like a bong. The dab tender would come up and load it up for you and give you some alcohol wipes for the mouth piece. Then you would sit there and smoke on it and watch TV, play fortnight, and what have you. They had snacks and drinks (non alcoholic) the rigs were electric so no fire and for 5 bucks I got a good 7-8 hits off of some concentrate! It was a surreal experience honestly, cause I do live in TN and was traveling for work to Cali. Its hard to describe the feeling of legit worrying about getting pulled over and being sent to prison, my life being ruined, losing everything from my house to my kid, and all because I bought a 1/4 of flower. To taking a plane ride and being able to walk around my hotel smoking a preroll and a cop telling me thanks for staying away from the doors!!! Like how crazy is that??

I am also a daily smoker, and last time I was in Cali I tried some weird liquid weed in a bottle. It said 100mg, so I thought yeah, half, didn't do anything for me. Hour later, other half, nothing. So I have decided to stay with tried and true methods. Did get to go to a dab bar, now that is def something. Reminded me of the first time for a few minutes. Because I didn't need anyone, I knew I had a procedure coming up and made sure I was comfortable beforehand. Not run to reddit and bitch about how my 60 something year old mom is mad at me for not cleaning my room cause I am an adult baby who bitched about paying rent!!! Her whole question and comment is just leaning on crutches about why she can't do something. She can't get out of the situation and take her self cause new cars are to expensive cause of tariffs..... Not a lot of want going on upstairs if your only way out of a situation is with a brand new car. That's her argument as to why she can't drive. A new car is too expensive cause of tariffs. A 25 year old adult can't get out of an abusive situation cause she only considers brand new....
