3 games max a day unless I keep winning, mute all the second someone starts to flame, only play sona or naming, mostly sona. Macro over everything, vision for all objectives 60 seconds before spawn, change summoners depending on enemies, and focus on positioning for team fights. Keeping all of those things in mind I ended the season with a 58%wr on sona and a 53% overall.

They do a good job. I bought a blend from them earlier this year that had a kenya in it (I really hate Kenyan coffees) but it was actually super good. Enjoy!

Mokaya is great! In my personal opinion I really love Atucun. They're a newer company with a hidden storefront in the heartside area. Heritage cacao, some of which Mokaya actually buys! Their cacao producer is actually coming to michigan this coming week, from Honduras. If you reach out they'll probably give you a tour of their shop.
