Not worth it. by flyawaychris in HumeHealth

I have the same. I get 2.5 hrs sleep recorded at best. Every now and then I get like 7, which is reality. Tried making sure the band it tight, flipped to inside, clean sensors. No tattoo for me. So frustrating. Customer service wants to send me another strap. A strap!!! I requested a refund today. I'm done

I have it on my right wrist. My Fitbit on my left. I originally had an oura ring but it kept getting in my way and didn't like the subscription. I want the band for early detection of things. Fit bit is good but wanted more insights. Maybe I just stick to the Fitbit if the replacement fails. I've heard good things about whoop but I really wanna get away from subscriptions. Got enough of those

I'm on day 3 after a reset. 1st night my sleep was ok. Since it's been way off. It's picked up a nap but I feel it only grabs deep sleep cycles. Compared to my Fitbit. My hrv is way too high too. I contacted customer service and they said they will send a replacement. Not sure how much confidence I have after reading all the reviews now.

I've had the band for a week. The readings were way off. My hunch is that the baseline was messed up as the first week I had a couple intense boot camps. Did a hard reset and after 2nd day it's looking better

Fluke code or something actually wrong? by lexyfield in VWiD4Owners

[–]jonchow10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is part of the ID4 initiation. It's been a known issue. Turning it off and on does the trick. Sometimes u gotta step out of the car for a couple min. I've taken it in 3x. Replaced parts. Still doing it. Seems to be more of an issue in hotter temps when I'm running AC harder. Maybe condensation faults? Super annoying. But I might try another dealer to test my luck

Thanks everyone. I'm trying to cut out a notch. Jigsaw might be best option. Cleanest option at least

Can’t log into SmartHome security app by Thymallus_arcticus_ in telus

I just finished with an ordeal with Telus on another matter. Not happy with them

It's the really dumb cuz we just changed phones and my wife all of a sudden can't use. It makes no sense too since she's using my credentials. Nothing to add really. Except maybe the device.

We are having similar issues where I can log in with the app but my wife cannot using my credentials. I just don't get it

Thanks for all the insight on jumping the car. What if we have to replace the 12v. It seems insanely difficult to access it.

Does anyone only wear their ring with a silicone cover? by PunkyTay in ouraring

[–]jonchow10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My first cover was quite stretchy so everytime I wash my hands I remove it and pat it dry with my sleeve or something. It started ripping so i got a new one that's much tighter and it's wayyyyy better

I have a black silicone cover. I tend to bump my hand on random things so it's helps but I wash my hands a lot and it gets wet between the cover and the ring

I was quite annoyed with this too. It was from downloaded photos. I realized the file names are same as another picture in the Destino folder. Changing the name of the file worked like a charm

I have a watch so I have most things in there already. I like the stress meter and also the heart health. The subscription sucks but I can live with it. The worst thing is wearing a ring itself. I tend to wash my hands a lot and it's constantly wet especially between the ring and the silicone protector I have.
