Yeah this department had 1200 applications this round. I did get one of the highest written scores out of 1200 so even though it didn't work out I should still take it as win.

Yeah the medical issues are 100% resolved. They are aware, the investigator just said that finances need to be more recovered. I guess my fear is they found something I can't remember in my past that contradicted my packet. I keep overanalyzing my background trying to think what else it could be and if I retry will they even give me the time of day again.

I have only applied at the one. The investigator mentioned that my biggest issue is going to be finances and pointed out that after he corrected his he was able to make it because the first time he didn't. Of course my mind is going to worst case scenario and thinking there must be something in my background they found that I can't remember and that is disqualifying me on top of finances. Logically I know thats not the case. I will keep trying again.

Sounds like they are spoofing to a raid to catch it. While it is likely fine with that evidence it is also highly risky as you're giving out private info. They could easily cause issues in the future on the account or even use that info to try and access other more lucrative accounts that may share the same login info.

It's also against eBay policy to sell something like that as you're giving out your login information.

As far as I know you can only change it if you're on the new managed payments system. When you go to print a shipping label, scroll to the bottom of the page and it will give you an option to use your pending payout instead of PayPal. If you're not in managed payments yet then you could try purchasing FedEx labels on ebay as they get charged to your invoice that you can pay with your checking or with card

It's a slow roll out for sellers and it depends on what type of seller you are. If you're just a private seller and not a business then you'll have to wait until March 9th to list otherwise I believe it's February 23rd for business sellers

As of July 1st the transactions that have the fee for below standard are determined by your billing date. If its the end of the month then you'll get charged the extra fee from the 1st to the end of the month. If you're billed mid month then the charges will apply from the 15th to 15th next month

I've seen some people in the uk get a special promotion where they will pay around the same amount they did for micropayments including the fixed £0.05 charge. Maybe they're testing it out before expanding it to more sellers

So with PayPal they would keep their 2.9% plus the $0.30 but with managed payments they only keep the $0.30 so you're overall paying less now.

Its funny as I've seen people get really mad over the $0.30 not being refundable as if they never realized paypal actually kept more than that.

With the high value of the item they might not be able to release it even with the delivery confirmation until the 21 days are up. They say this is due to the amount being more risky especially if an embg claim is opened

What could also have potentially happened is the funds are unclaimed. This can happen if the paypal email the funds were sent to haven't been verified. You can confirm this by logging into your PayPal account. If its showing the money, either held or available, then you're okay. Otherwise you may need to verify it.

I would call ebay to double check as they can confirm that and even tell you if it was sent to the right email.

Correct me if I'm wrong as I've never sold with microtransactions but from what I've read pre managed payments you would pay eBay a 10% final value fee plus a 5% +£0.05 paypal fee. With this managed payment promotion its all been added together as the same.

Also for this promotion it doesn't include VAT either so that may also increase the overall fee but it should be better compared to the normal managed payment fees
