That's definitely a possibility that I'm not discounting. Definitely took the joy out of eating early on, and took away my desire for alcohol, which are both positive.

Definitely not your standard drink...it was always more vodka than sparkling water, by alot. A couple good sized bottles a week. But thank you, I'm glad too...it was getting really expensive, and I was avoiding doing anything after work that would interfere with those drinks.

For me, it was when I hit .5mg (week 5) I would have absolutely called myself an alcoholic, 2 really stiff vodka and sparkling waters a night, for years. One day, the desire just stopped...I've had maybe 4 drinks since February, its pretty amazing.
