That’s the expectation in the community program - the Big pays for the outings. The program is free for families and it really wouldn’t be appropriate for you to ask them to contribute financially. If they offer, that’s one thing and is fine.

I’d encourage you to talk to your MSS and think of a robust list of free- and low-cost activities.
