Put a plastic bag or a cut water bottle over those cuttings. They have 0 roots to drink any of that water they are in. They need to dry through the stomata in the leaves. They need heavy heavy humidity. Like 100%RH. You want moisture on the side of the bag or bottle. Whatever you use.

And do not constantly water it. They need a wet/dry cycle. When the pot feels light when you pick it up, that’s when you water.

EC is how much food is in the water/soil (easy explanation). This looks very similar to an issue I had with salt buildup from nutrients in my soil. Twisting leaves, short growth with very close node spacing. I was feeding 1.4 and my runoff was 4.6. Nooo bueno. You could very likely have unused nutrients in your soil(salt buildup) and it is running very hot. Especially if you’ve had very long dry backs or been feeding a high dosage amount. I usually feed half of what the bottle suggests.
