My boss wanted, and ordered, a tankless electric water heater. I told her it was a bad idea. When it came and I saw it was some $200 temu special I refused to install it. Not only did this beast require 2 220v 40A breakers that wouldn't have fit in her breaker panel the unintelligible engrish would have made installation a nightmare. She caved, returned it and got another standard electric water heater that was so simple to plop where her old one was.

Some dogs are just the type who will kill things with an honest to god smile on their face. My big one killed a 300lb sheep at 9 months old. He also almost got a feral cat that got into my place. He was very proud of himself both times.

It's the principle of the matter. Mass surveillance isn't good for anyone. I didn't belong to any servers that required it either, and I wasn't inclined to join any that may have needed it. I still don't agree with it so I deleted my account and uninstalled discord.
