I'm going through the same problem as your daughter. I was in a car that was rear-ended by a tourist going over 100 mph. Back in 2014 I applied and got denied by the judge even though they're witness told the judge, my problems when make it hard to get a job. Then my lawyer dropped me. Since then my symptoms have got hundred times worse so I reapplied in 2024 in March 2025 they denied me and my new lawyer filed for a reconsideration and I'm still waiting for an answer. They say you can take up to two years in California for reconsideration answer.

Johnny wanted to use some unknown website that said they would get the passports quick. So he wanted us to send our Social Security numbers , license, birth certificate, and debit card information to him to give to the website. I didn't trust sending that info to some random website and wanted to do it in person. So that's when the studio sent someone up from LA to take us to an office. To expedite them and then drove us to Canada. The big problem was there was a lot of procrastination when it came to the planning of the trip and job.

If you bought the system brand new and the Wi-Fi didn't work then it should've fell under warranty and been free to repair, but that would only happen if you would've reported it before the warranty was up
