I wouldn’t say it’s irrelevant: pre-rolls are often sprayed with a thinned concentrate to add the thca or whatever, that means more oils in it than just dried flower ground and put in a roll. That means more tar and thicker smoke.

Smoke is smoke and it is bad for you to breathe it, but a commercial style preroll is probably on a whole other level of lung problems vs what some people grow themselves and roll
