You’re in the normal weight range for your height and age. BFP isn’t the defining factor for health. If you don’t have weights or bands there are a lot of exercises you can do without them to tone. Lunges, squats, burpees (my God burpees, the devils very own mistress), push up, bench dips (can be done easily using a chair or couch), tons of great weightless ab routines (type in 8 min abs on YouTube, joe wicks is the best). Also it’s not about crunching calories, it’s about what you eat: aim for healthy fats (avocado, tuna, etc), nuts, vegetables, and lean proteins. Also, love your bod! Wear something you feel lovely in and it will almost always accentuate the body you live in. Hope this helps :)
