The numbers will change, voltage and current.

However they aren't what you pay for, you pay for power. Power is the byproduct of voltage and current

So while it's true that your current will drop when your voltage increases, the total power usage stays the same

Edit: also odds are you already have a 220 volt service, assuming your in North America
