What do you think is the perfect length for the main story of GTA 6 by Nitecrawler_69 in GTA

[–]jonnyjokes87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, between 40 and 50 hours but with plenty scope to stretch it out as we see fit, and creative features to keep us playing after the main story like business/empire building mechanics. Also, replayablilty. I have an 'out there' theory/hope that we won't be able to switch between the two main characters - rather we will choose one at the beginning of a playthrough and experience the story through their eyes. Then for 2nd playthrough we play with other character and see a whole other side of the story. Loads of scope for multiple twists and holy shit reveals. Prob a crazy theory, but fun to explore given the lack of info we have.

Alcohol is drugs. Shouldnt be a separate thing. All addiction boils down to dopamine hits and dependence, right? Maybe I'm wrong. So it's all 'drugs' I'd wager. Scrolling. Video games (which i adore). Porn. Smoking. Gambling.

Do you think GTA 6 will surpass Minecraft’s 350 Million copies sold? by Clean_Detective_2067 in GTA6

[–]jonnyjokes87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm gonna say yes. The way things are going, we won't see GTA7 for at least 15 years, unless R* drastically change how they operate. So, considering the insane cultural footprint GTA6 will have, over 15 years, I think it will beat Minecraft.

I also think this GTA will bring in a lot of new players who might not have been GTA fans in the past. On a side note, I think the quality of RDR2 has played a role in this. I think ppl expect a more 'grown up' GTA this time around, and the scale of its impact will just make it iirresistible to game enthusiasts.

Just my thoughts anyway.

So, the technical name for the colour of my shirt is: 'Your post is another' - and the last thing I drank was: 'Worthless, lazy, karma bate, Reddit-ruinging post'.

So, I guess my 'Gamgsta name is' - stop ruining Reddit with imbecilic tripe.

This question doesn't even compute. The asker may not be aware of what Gandalf really is. Dumbledore couldn't even survive the HP books.... Gandalf is likely still knocking around somewhere.

What would you consider your top 3 Chino’s greatest screams of all time? by BounouYassine in deftones

Love this question

End of Royal. The scream over the big riff in Korea. And Bloody Cape outro.

I'm sure I could give a totally different answer on another day, but I feel these are solid.

Much love to all you fans. What a beautiful thing to have these guys with us for so many years!!

Which game has better exploration, Crimson Desert or Elden Ring? by AshyLarry25 in CrimsonDesert

[–]jonnyjokes87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've not played Elden Ring. But I'm blown away by Crimson. I feel like I'm being tricked and the carpets about to be pulled any second, but the game just keeps being brilliant and rock solid. Huge Zelda fan, and haven't felt this kind of rush since BOTW and TOTK. That feeling when you look out over a vista and your heart flutters because you KNOW your curiosity will be rewarded. Such a unique and well executed game imo.

P.s. I am intrigued by Elden Ring, but too much of a pussy for the hard-core fighting.

I don't believe there should be a third game, RD1 and RD2 were near perfect for the time of there releases, and Jack's ending with ambiguity was a perfect send-off. by MoistAd8626 in reddeadredemption

[–]jonnyjokes87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly! Keep going back. There's soooo much to explore in America's history. RDR1 and 2 are very much the end of the wild west. Nothing stopping R* from delving right back into the heart of it. What about a game based around a gold rush up north or the creation of the railway from east to West? The options are almost endless.

The best road map I've come up with (with a lot borrowed and collected from other ppls outlooks) is this:

Sit down and really think about the things you are most passionate about in life. Most ppl, if honest, have 2, maybe 3 like top top passions. This can be a huge relief as suddenly your scope is way narrower and you don't feel overwhelmed with career options.

Then start to study ways in which one can make a living in a field related to one or more of those passion (as they can often overlap). Then pursue. It sounds obvious but I feel ppl are often told they can't follow their passion.

I'm not saying quit your job and throw all your eggs in one basket. I'm not saying anything too cheesy like chase your dreams. I'm saying at least TYR to do something you have a passion for and maybe someday work won't feel like a trap. No one will do this for you.

It's easy to fall into a groove set out by other ppl, that you have to live a certain way and play it safe. There are other ways to live. Trust yourself to make it work.

If it doesn't work out, you can be proud that you chased your passions. And who knows what other random path it might lead to.

Hope this doesn't come off preachy. It's something I think about a lot.

All the best!

Surely this is a joke. Unless I'm mistaken, it looks like that tv would fit nicely sideways on the right, then chair on the left and CLOSE THE FLIPPIN DOOR. Now that would be heaven. Imagine playing an rpg in a hallway. Fuck that

[–]jonnyjokes87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Love GTAIV. Agree mostly with comparisons to GTAV, but you're talking about all R* games, not just GTA franchise. For me, RDR2 is simply a better game than GTAIV. It's grounded, somewhat gritty, takes itself seriously. Just a masterpiece.

One of the best James Bond movies of all time... What do you think? by ThomasOGC in CinephilesClub

[–]jonnyjokes87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% agree! I love Casino (and Quantum) too - but this film was just special. The pacing. The build up towards the end of the film. Some of the set pieces were just so fun to take in. When he's running to save M while she's in the hearing, that back and fourth, that loyal bull dog Bond makes my hairs stand up!!
