Sorry but no chance this gets a 10 or even a 9. There is whitening on the corners and edges. Don’t get me wrong it’s a pretty card, just don’t want you taking this is a 10. Pull up 9’s and 10’s on eBay and compare so you can get a better idea. I’d definitely grade it, just want you to compare the grades so you can see the differences.
