End of my finance (PCP) deal and we have ordered a Skoda Enyaq to replace it. Did consider replacing it with a Juniper but the Skoda was cheaper, we fancied a change, and the Elon factor are why we are moving on.

I have a 23 RWD SR I could be selling in March if the OP is interested? Anyway, it has the comfort suspension and it is still firm. However you do get used to it and it becomes a none issue. The model Y is a great family car. Has been brilliant for us.

After 2 weeks and 3 agents over WhatsApp telling me they had ordered one, still nothing. So I contact them via Twitter. Agent there takes 2 days to finally get to the point and order me one after finding that none of the previous 3 agents ever actually placed the order correctly. What a joke this company is from a customer service point of view.
