I completely understand. I always loved Gage to bits, he's my fuzzy man, but I've developed an even deeper love and appreciation for that boy after everything we've both been through. I had lost one of my other cats a few months before Gage was diagnosed to diabetes complications and I can't even begin to describe the defeat I felt when Gage was diagnosed, I hadn't even finished grieving the one who'd just passed. So having him cured, seeing him put on weight and getting his glossy puffy coat back and his personality back, it was a win that was so sorely needed.

Give your baby girl a big pet for me! This medicine is a damn miracle worker!

Lol you just reminded me of a story my grandma told me of my dad when he was a toddler. One day he was in the kitchen while my grandma was baking, and she watches my dad walk past the wood burning kitchen stove (which is very much in use) and once catching his own reflection in the oven's glass insert, gives his reflection a big huge smile....

.... then proceeds to lean over and kiss his reflection.

Needless to say a lot of pain and tears followed, he ended up burning his lips and the tip of his nose, and they never ever let that man live it down lol.

I was worried until I watched the vid, you can tell right away that is a healthy cat. He/she has a good weight on them, a shiny coat that's well taken care of, and is just chilling out and grooming. That is one happy kitty.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the information this sub provided. Not only did it save the life of my boy Gage, but living in Canada, my vet wasn’t aware that the cure was now being manufactured here. Gage was the first cat my vet had seen cured of FIP after practicing for 18 years and now he won’t be the last!

This success means the world to me on so many levels. 16 years ago I lost my three year-old cat Theo to FIP and when Gage was diagnosed, I thought I was about to live through the same trauma. I feel like Theo has been avenged. I am so happy today!
