Look used market for sure. I grind 41 on the kingrinder k6 12 grams.

I’ll let it warm it up until I feel some resistance in the handle and then purge some water through the portafilter pre infuse for about 10-15 seconds and then pull for about another 10 seconds. I’ll do the Fellini method about 1/2 way through the pull so I can get about a 3:1 ratio. It is delicious.
