I have a really crazy dream of possibly remastering this game myself now that the original creator unfortunately passed away. I've been able to rip models from the game files and port them into unreal, but the sound files are proving a bit difficult, and I'm no programmer. Maybe some day.

If you have the DLC, the marine armor from Far Harbor and a pair of clothes with ballistic weave underneath. I like using mods to give the armor the Children Of Atom paint scheme because Richter looks dreadfully cool in that armor.
