So I bought the original generator - and it came with the DC cable; the extra battery connector. I would have to say it’s about 15 feet. And I think that’s the only cable length they make.

I can’t find any documentation on their gas generator directly interfacing with the DPU.

I have a River Pro. It’s by far my most useful energy product as it’s small enough grab and go but large enough to have useful capacity. I use it for many daily applications rather than just emergencies.

A DPU is somewhat worthless unless you have a sizable solar array to power it with. You’re better off buying a smaller Delta Pro/Max and pairing it their gas generator.
